Everyone is unique and it's not a one size fits all solution.
Weekly weigh with completed food diary. All our staff can support members with their weight management goals through a free weekly weight-in for members provided they keep a food diary. Sometime this can have an awareness raising effect and some people find it useful and change their habits with planning. This however doesn't work for everyone. We will monitor your progress and discontinue this approach if it's not working for you.
Cambridge Weight Plan. Joline Dunn has been an Independent Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant for 10 years. One on one appointments are available with her at Westbury Trym and Tone.
